IF Efficacy was at the center of drugs...that are currently used by the general public...then Efficacy... has no bearing on an FDA approval...
The same could be said for Safety...which is SUPPOSEDLY at the core of the FDA mantra...
All in all...a little too willy-nilly for my tastes.
