Treaty management explicitly speaks about regaining "shareholders" trust.  Well shareholders are already "fans" of TECO.  We need to be fans or we sell for a loss and leave the ballpark. Now let's talk about the general public and attracting NEW buyers and what that will take based on the many past PR's and credibility issues.  If they PR'd tomorrow that the Brown lease hit at 100 BPD;  I still wouldn't believe them.  I'm tired of being gullible.  The only person that I will believe on the Brown lease is Bull!  If not for Bull I wouldn't believe a thing that they PR or I would need to be in Texas to see it for myself.  I could also wait a month for the TRRC report or longer for the filings for the proof but Bull's word will be enough for me.  TECO's verbal or written word continues to be useless based on the missed Rig 7 date.  I know how they missed the date and a year ago I would have been forgiving of it but  I don't give a chit about excuses anymore.  STOP GIVING OUT DATES UNLESS 100% SURE AND/OR 100% IN CONTROL OF THAT DATE!   I'm talking about TECO headquarters and not any of the shareholders including Bull.  Show me one accurate date or BPD and I will change my tune.
