How about TECO only PR'ing legitimate numbers and dates and following through with 80-100 BPD or better per what the said in the CC.  That should get us to a nickel but maybe only after the revenue hits a filing which will be Q2's filing in July/August or one of TRRC reports inbetween.  IMO a PR won't do it.  Too much credibility has been lost.   Undoing all the damage is going to be slow going IMO unless something miraculous happens in SJ #3 or the X-factor kicks in with a positive outcome. For those who think I'm bashing; just keep telling yourself a dime by April.  That will get you through the tough times.
