I am baffled why the SEC has not stepped to make some statement to the shareholders as to the status of this company, given how trading has been interrupted, there is no value in a share of stock, financial reports are lacking and there is no way for shareholders to communicate with officers or Directors. It is beyond any reason the regulatory authority, there to protect shareholders, responds to the silence of the company with its own silence. I am sure there have been formal complaints levied with the SEC.
