I think as you suggest and we extrapolate, the decision to go outside US borders has and will prove to have far reaching benefits. As I said before, I have sat across the table from policy makers in FDA. They act like little sultans and their egos are immense. Unfortunately the bureaucrat who signed this letter has that affliction in spades.
