No, not buying that idea. You would either be saying that the sudden cancellation of the CC, on Jan. 13th, was either not related to NP stepping down, or else this letter was begun not just over a month ago, but over six weeks ago.
And how could this letter affect a silence about, say, the NASH results, which were first expected right before Christmas?
I think you're putting too much weight on this Extra-Big'nTall-size-Stoopid letter. Wait for it to be blown away by the results in Brazil.
