Alright stole this from YHB but this sums up the day the best in my opinion. Looks like the flippers were working hard today.
“1. The bond needs collateral or cash - Cytodyn did the smart thing while putting out upon out in the conditions.
2. They raised money for a relatively small amount. Why?
Well cuz deals take time and buy-outs even longer. Meanwhile the top notch legal firm is advising.
So soon any way you want…but fact remains their will be a partnership with a new or CEO or they will be acquired.”
