This is all thinking out loud, but maybe you have a point.
First, I have seen the Patterson gang posters say they wanted to buy LL out of a BK. If that really was their goal, it has been blocked.
Second, what if there really are partnership or buyout talks right now (I don't see any evidence of it, but let's assume there are), and the partner or company negotiating with us said "What are your options, take it or we will just buy LL out of your BK." They, too, have been blocked. CYDY now responds, deal with us direct or you never will get it.
Third, if someone is attempting to short us into BK so they can buy LL out of a BK, will they continue knowing that their attempt to buy it out of a BK has now been hindered?
Fourth, why did they release this today and not tomorrow afternoon right before a 3-day weekend so we could have all weekend to mule this all over. Do they have a PR for tomorrow morning to take the edge off this?
