Fife's two notes from last April were "secured by a security interest in all the assets of the Company, excluding the Company’s intellectual property". So maybe there was no other option. And from the last I've seen, we've paid a good portion of one of the $28.5 million notes with the other one for the same amount still having the full principle outstanding.
