Well, I wonder if it is at all like a major studio setting up a separate LLC for each film/show so that they cannot be sued directly if something goes wrong, like someone being shot and killed on set (Rust, The Crow). Now...as for piercing the corporate veil, I have no idea the situation with NSF and Amarex.
