Hey USS. There is no degree of difference based on what the NDA is for, it just depends on how it is drafted and what is and is not permissible and for what the duration of the period is that the NDA covers.

Overall, I think management could have said something about something (not sure what that something is), but are just choosing to say nothing at all about anything at all.

NDA's generally are not so broad as to preclude speaking about every topic under the sun.
