They were released from the lawsuit because this one isn’t about damages. It’s solely about getting what’s owed to us by the signed agreement, and then figuring out what, if anything, is still owed. It’s cut and dry between us and Amarex. NSF plays no part in any of that. They’ll be sued along with Amarex for damages down the road after the audit, should Cytodyn and Sidley choose to do so. They should, and the involvement of top Sidley brass lends some credence to that possibility. Though Hulk will tell you there’s an equal chance Amarex owns Cytodyn after they defeat us in that lawsuit and take our assets as payment. Sorry Hulk, couldn’t resist.
