Hopefully SA is guiding all legal decisions because if CYDY is sitting on firm news (good or bad) that arguably or rightfully should have been timely shared with investors, the company and its officers/directors better get their story straight against a bonanza of SEC and investor lawsuits and short attacks.
For the life of me however, I cannot imagine this period of silence being anything but absolutely compulsory, per SA. Therefore, imo we ought safely presume that the "silence" is warranted and that the real task for investors is to devine the appropriate reason for the silence - buyout or partners- which I cannot imagine having negative consequences for cydy.
