A few thoughts: 1. We have got addicted to crack.

1. We have got addicted to crack. Not in the drug sense but in the addictive sense that was presented by Nader. He was very open and talkative on most any points. We had grown addicted to the next big thing and feverishly pontificated on what would happen. Like the soap operas of the 70's and 80's, we couldn't wait for the next revelation. NOW.....s...i..l..e...n...c..e..... and no more CRACK. The withdrawals are violent and were unexpected. Now we go cold turkey for a while wreathing, cursing and secretly wishing that we had Nader back just one last broadcast in order to calm our curiosity fix. Ain't gonna happen! Weather it's a NDA or just business as usual, the company decided not to go the old route and we have to get use to the new norm. It's a rude awakening, but in the long run, more advantageous for the company and therefore more beneficial to us longs as there is no false hopes, past deadlines or progress reports for the shorts to hang their hat on. The time it takes to put together a presentation and the past reports were very time consuming. Now this time is being used for something more constructive. Is the next report negative or positive? We shall see.
Positive: Much of the risk in the stock price has been taken out.
Positive:The 700mg numbers should be tallied by now or very soon and most hypothesis is that they should be as good or better than the 350 mg numbers.
Positive:The loan commitment payment was delayed and usually a statement is made as to penalties or such if loan can not be met. There was no statement, just an extension. If I'm a creditor and the company has no way to pay, I start seizing assets to be first in line if there is a line. Although his is not always the case as they could give them more time because they have a better chance of collecting, but ask yourself why? most reasons are positive.
2 Positive 1 Negative: CEO not in place at a crucial time in company's history. There are only a few reasons for this at this particular time.
A: Negative: fired for Disagreement in principal and or objectives with presiding board
B: Positive: Prearrangement with merger/buyout company so they can put their CEO in place
C: Positive: Decided to find a CEO with more pharma experience and now became the time because of calendar events about to happen that a more specifically pharma experienced CEO can guide the company through.
Positive: As Evil stated :If Cytodyn was facing its own End Times, it wouldn't be making hires, seeking a CEO, continuing trials, and sitting on results we're all pretty damn sure are excellent.
Multiple other upcoming possible events have been chronologically listed by others and we don't need many to put us in a comfortable position going forward. So on this Valentines Day, I wish for all a love and may the only flutters be in your heart. GLTA
