Could take a few months for a partnership. So this could be a period where they can’t talk depending on the situation.
No information would be required to be released under these circumstances, as both parties would be under some sort of NDA, until the agreement is completed or brought to shareholders. Maybe someone else can elaborate. More on this first part.
Some could argue that there’s just no news this is how the company will operate from here on out. Highly unlikely IMO. You don’t go to one extreme to another. The company knows they owe us an update. It’s not happening for a very good reason IMO. Bad or good something is taking place that can’t be public at this time.
