I think that Maybe the Co. thought it would be OK to just let them sell on the open market, but FINRA says no, not OK, has to be cleaned up. Might be what the secret filing on silver flume is about. Of coarse that will not be public until at least it is dealt with. May never be public.

It does seem that the selling has increased since the filing no one can see came out.

All this is IMO. I have no idea, but I got cash if the price is right.
Get all this cleaned up, merge in and Bam. A little painful but I, we, and or anyone willing to put out a little, when it's the darkest.
