Short version I think you are spot on. We will find out soon . I believe they had a plan for those shares even before they bought EGOC or signed on the bottom line. Keep in mind that information was available to all parties. Pangbo Group has some pretty heavy hitters that they work with that specializes in new listings, IPO's , reverse mergers and all of the incidentals that would be expected to happen along the way. I am reasonably sure they had a plan in place back then and they are still following that plan! cheers.
