What we actually know:
SP hovering +/- $0.05
No communication.from Generex or NuGenerex for 7+ months
No IPO of NuGenerex under symbol NGIO
NUGX is an actual stock that can be traded, under certain circumstances
Physical HQ for Generex & NuGenerex no longer active (because of eviction)
At least one board member officially left, and filed the paperwork to do so
Everything else is speculation, rumor, or innuendo, because it is based on hearsay, including some belief that there is an SEC investigation.
Is there any rational basis for not shutting down this board until there is actual, fact-based news, that anyone can verify independently? Like a PR, a CC, a news article, a company filing (10-K, 10-Q, etc.), or a court proceeding? Leaving this board open seems to invite all manner of BS (including my own).
