When the trademark application was sent in, it doesn’t matter. When Joe first started talking about using the Ii-Key technology for a Covid vaccine, he kept referring to it as a complete vaccine (compared to the mRNA technology). Someone on this board (can’t remember who) suggested to Joe that he should trademark that name ”Complete Vaccine”. As of Feb 1st, NuGererex now has exclusive rights to that trademark for the next six months. So, if Joe can get a vaccine going in the next six months, (or has already done so in the present vacuum of silence), to have something to attach the trademark to, or will file for an extension, then we will have confirmation that GNBT/NGIO has not “committed suicide” as so many on this board seem to think.
