To me, it's not simply a matter of "you say to-may-to, I say to-mah-to." It is, as I have noted (redundantly, and perhaps to some, boorishly as well), "quack, quack, waddle, waddle, paddle, paddle." If it's brown, rounded, and stinks, it almost certainly is not a Baby Ruth. It's the smell that gives it away. In this case, the "stink" is the absence of communication (along with the SP, of course.).
But look, as you say, you can call it whatever you like, and no one knows for certain, except Joe and maybe a few others on the board/management. Funny how they say nothing, however.
