If that was the case inferring Sidley was brought on to help broker a deal. Then why did we hire Brandon Rae to help with a possible negotiation or was he looked at for international deals only?

I think we are over thinking this whole deal thinking a negotiation started 6 months ago. That just doesn’t make sense. Why would Brandon Rae even be talked about for negotiations of any kind?
