I agree, neither of us know for sure, but during this timeframe cases have exploded. There should be no shortage of trial participants as suggested by the corresponding increase in deaths. It's not a stretch to conclude that if the number of people dying has increased then the number of severe + critical patients close to dying has also increased.
The question at this point is not if there are enough patients in need of Leronlimab but, more so, are they doing their job of enrolling the trials. We are no longer in the Nader realm of continuous PR appeasement so full trial enrollment may not even be something they will PR. Maybe they'll just wait for the top line to give us a shout.
We're all in the dark here.
