Although not impossible, I would say most likely not probable given the statement in the 10q.
"As of January 6, 2022, the Brazilian Phase 3 trials for severe and critically ill COVID-19 patients had enrolled 38 and 6 patients, respectively."

So less than a month ago we weren't even close.
Of course neither of us knows for sure, but just from past experiences, we probably aren't the only trial going on, and people have to want to take a chance on an experimental drug.
