Good chance that Paulson is waiting on information from the company that would boost the SP, prior to them going out for the raise - and enhance the terms of the offering (Such as good data on NASH). if not, they could just go ahead with the offering right now., as They’ve done enough of these that it shouldn’t be a long prep time otherwise. I suppose it could also be that they’re waiting on the new CEO.
