no idea, could be that Paulson signs an NDA but also requires updates from cytodyn on developments? Could be this inside channel is to protect their investment and protect there investors? They still can't act on that info but they may be able to call cytodyn and ask what is going on. Cytodyn can say more to them because they are under an NDA? could be they know what is up and know friday they can talk about it as it will be public at that point?
