This day was coming, this is still a penny stock and it has traded like 1000's of other penny stocks have in the past. Now we have to see if this was a "V" type bottom and if a rally or even a sentiment change occurs from bearish to bullish, it has been bearish for a couple of months. If it does change to bullish, it should last for some period longer than a few days.
