Yes, and that's the part that makes me think this isn't a normal Paulson offering. Anyone who participates needs to first sign an NDA so news can be shared with them to encourage participation in the offering. Given that Paulson is in a quiet period really makes me wonder what's going on. If this was a simple offering, normally they would be doing everything they could to pump up the share price, but we're not seeing any of that now. Sounds like we may know more by Friday.
