I cannot belive the ~600kUSD for the bond was/ is an issue. We can afford top notch lawyers from Sidley and pay them several hundred thousands on fees over the last year, then we basically win in court and then we do not raise enough money for a bond? That sounds like buying a sports car and then have no money for gas. Or could this be the final blunder which caused the termination of Nader?
I am also not sure if it is that simple to get the data directly from the HIV trial sites. I would assume the trial sites have contracts with the CRO (AMAREX) and not with Cytodyn. So there could also be some legal issues(?) I guess they have no obligation to hand over data directly to Cytodyn.
For HIV, the receptor occupancy test is more concerning for me. Did we get any update/ confirmation that FDA finally accepted our new tests and that we have everything for the BLA in this regard? Did I miss something (again)?
The delay of the bond does not really fit into any picture ...
