this is an interesting idea, Cytodyn is the only one involved that time matters for when we get our data. The court does not care and Amarex does not care when we get it. The only reasons i can figure is:
we don't have the bond money
we have the money but there is a more important obligation for it
there is a better source of funds in the near future
the data is not needed, maybe we were able to reconstruct it from the trial sites?
once we get the data, the finishing of the BLA does not take much time so our end of 1st quarter timeline allows for delaying getting the data
we are getting bought and everything on the timeline horizon does not matter
we are partnering for an indication other than HIV and the BLA is just not a priority
none of these possibilities need Nader to be fired, so it is possible the BLA has some other problem bigger than the data and we have not be made aware of it yet. This is my biggest worry, sometimes companies will pre-emptively punish those involved to show they already took action rather than wait for the backlash from some bad PR and then fire the CEO.
