Niceicecream- I have been suspicious of bonuses distribution in the past. Up until this past year Joe has received 100k at year end according to posts on this thread. November 2020, Joe and management gave themselves 7 million in bonuses- 2 million of that was in cash. I spoke to Todd on that matter and specifically asked about those bonuses. he assured me that no one received those bonuses. I was also told that the 10k which we are waiting for would confirm that fact. What I don’t understand is that if that were a lie, where is the SEC that is supposed to protect shareholders?
