Here is the bottom line..... In the most favorable light, Joe was well-intention but significantly underqualified and incompetent. He is lacking in expertise to manage and build the company, lacking knowledge in regulatory hurdles at SEC, and FDA, did not understand the legal implications and consequences of pledging company stock for lines of credit, lacked the knowledge of the processes necessary to launch human trials, and overreached on officer compensation.

At worst, Joe never cared about whether the company was successful or not but was using it for self-indulgent and ego purposes knowing he could and would milk it as a "cash cow" which would bleed due to exorbitant operational expenses. I would like to know who were the investors who bailed when it was $3 pps.
