Responding to Respert's post (116482), I do NOT think that NP is gone for not being "onboard with an offer" that the Board liked, because if a real offer was made, it would HAVE to be brought to the shareholders, not just to NP for his thumbs up or thumbs down.
Also, I think one should DEFINITELY read something into NP being terminated (fired) rather than resigning. Remember, he was just re-installed as CEO a short 8 weeks ago, so clearly something is up. I don't think NP saw this coming right now. We have not seen NP's employment agreement, so we don't know what he might receive for resigning versus being terminated, nor do we know if he was terminated FOR CAUSE or not.
CYDY has been strangely quiet about EVERYTHING suddenly, as if they are circling their wagons for defense, not as if they are signing a big slugger to come in, carry the team and not lose a step. They have NO ONE lined up to come in and take over as CEO. Again, I think something caught them unawares and precipitated the immediate termination of NP without any kind of hand-off period for the new person. NOW they have to start a search for a viable CEO. Many of you recently screamed at me "You don't change horses mid-stream!" and now, that is EXACTLY what the Board did.
