NP is not "gone because Sidley said so", at least not like this, immediately and without a successor in the wings. Nope, that makes ZERO sense and creates more instability. Sidley would never suggest doing that, especially to a company in the situation that CYDY is in.

Remember, CYDY is OUT OF FUNDS. They cannot drag their feet on a CEO, have internal power struggles, etc etc. The CYDY Board must be nimble and quick to keep things moving in an efficient, intelligent way.

CYDY doesn't have "ample time (significant wait)" at this point. If a financing deal had already been closed, we'd know by now.

I have NO idea what the above all points to, but I am really hoping there is a partnership close at hand.
