This is where I see the problem that has been pointed out, all too often IMHO. NOTHING says they are investigating Nader and CYDY.

When the sec/doj, FBI or any other federal agency makes it clear they are not implying any wrongdoing in a subpoena, it means they are gathering info, looking for anything that would substantiate a complaint or an accusation against someone or a group of someone's, but they are not implying any wrongdoing. Suggesting they are actually (or could be) investigating wrongful conduct on the part of those being subpoenaed is IMHO, simply conjecture and serves no legitimate purpose for us in the here and now.
