Scott Kelly's residency after med school was in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, not Orthopedic Surgery.
His business experience is as the head of a large orthopedic surgery practice in the Atlanta area (think cat-herding of highly compensated individuals and support staff). Seems like a good guy, imo.
