Seems to me that the most likely scenario is whatever the BP partner finds the most agreeable/advantageous, first for themselves and second for us. Hopefully they are through "CRAFTING" the PR and our team of crack legal eagles and theirs have dotted all the "i's" and crossed all the "t's" in the partnership agreement.
