My posting was in reply to Soutbill's post where he stated that Joe's trip could only be a vacation, because it appeared impossible for him that he could provide detaild information about the current situation within the compoany to (potential) business partners, but not be able to announce it publicly to shareholders.

And I just provided some way for it to be possible, hence my mention of an NDA. So they are publicly not saying anything that they are not allowed to, but they are still able to continue with their business and sharing some information under an NDA with business partners. Does that make sense to you?
