What does an NDA have to do with why they failed to release the Quarterly's & Annuals? Absolutely nothing! If the SEC allows a company to report an investigation or not to their shareholders, what does an NDA have to do with whether they do or not? Again, absolutely nothing! Heck, look at CYDY, they reported an investigation to its shareholders. As far as future business deals with others/company's, then an NDA makes sense. But, make no mistake, an NDA has nothing to do with why they refuse to do their fiduciary responsibilities! There is no excuse for not filing their financials! GLTA!
