My opinion, it is the SEC registration process and SEC reverse merger approvals. I am confident Doc sent in the paperwork in October. For the time it takes, considering the holidays and covid, we should be close to approvals, we probably have the RM approvals as they typically take less time. Doc has indicated the SEC was the final step so it is up to the staff at the SEC. All IMO, looking at the information we have.
