I agree with you, there would be NDA's signed.
But follow me on this logic: On this board, when the price starts to sink rapidly as we are awaiting trial results, someone invariably says "Someone leaked something! Someone knows!" and often people agree with them. Now that doesn't fit the scenario that we want, we don't think it would apply here?
I would like to think that only a top tier BP is in play, and they made such an offer we cannot refuse and no other BP could match, that there is no need to go wide with NASH results.
In case anyone doesn't understand my last paragraph above, it is POSITIVE.
