Every company/contact that they sent the results in all likelihood has already signed a NDA with CytoDyn.
They clearly did not cold call spam email the results to 1000 companies or people.
Whoever they sent it to in all likelihood already expected the results.
BP is well able to keep a secret just as lawyers are.
