What may be radio silence to us is not necessarily radio silence to other BP companies. Perhaps they've already shared the NASH results with more than one company, have agreed upon a deal, or are negotiating back and forth and/or working out the details. You can't assume they only shared with one company and therefore it must not be a great deal. That's a stretch even for you.
