I COMPLETELY disagree that CYDY should consider a bad deal as that is just faulty logic. As I always told my clients in the music business when they would say "We want a record deal!", you don't want a record deal...you want a GOOD record deal. A bad deal in ANYTHING can sink your career, company, etc.

Also, if CYDY was now in the midst of negotiating a partnership for NASH and that is why they went silent, while I am not a fan of management, I don't think even NP and crew would be dumb enough to make a bad deal without at least trying other BP first, thus not having this radio silence.
