While I understand the 'gag order', it looks horrible for any CEO of a company to badmouth competitors while under said 'gag order'. If you are told to keep silent, then you keep silent, period. Running your mouth off against a competitor, while saying nothing about your own company, just makes you look bad and places you in a no win situation, gag order or no gag order and with the history of Joe, well, you get my point.
That being said, right now, being at .05 what is currently happening, it totally is not acceptable. To many shareholders have been longs and supported Generex for to long to have gone through multiple CEOs and finally Joe and to have been led to this. They deserve better, we all do. Commitments have been made, goals were set, deals made, PRs put out, bad actors have come and then told they had left finally. Everything was supposedly done. Yet, we are now at .05 an no listing for NuGenerex which was pristine and valued at 500 million plus. There have been many other bio companies that have made the listing for NASDAQ and others and yet we have not, so something is not right here and only Joe can tell us which he isn't and no amount of speculation is going to help from anyone.
The only thing I know is we are at .05 and I know we are much better than ,05 with what we have and if maybe we had better management in place the deals would show a much better PPS. Right now, we are ll hurting and it's not right.
