You're probably right about it being GNBT's choice rather than the SEC's choice regarding the silence. I only know that I sure don't know, but I expect at some time in the future, we'll either find out or GNBT will announce it's going out of business. So there you go - those negative thoughts do creep in when there is nothing else to reference.

Re: entering Canada on business - I too have been given special audience with the Immigration officials for not properly answering the "purpose" question (and what's sad, it was in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan at 11 pm at night when I and an associate were two of 12 people arriving via a puddle jumper!). We quickly learned that when traveling on business, it was to "meet" with our clients, or to give a "presentation" to our clients - nothing that pertained to real work (ie, designing a bridge or station track plan, etc, because that could be done by a Canadian and therefore a US citizen needed a work visa). I couldn't use the "vacation" excuse because for a while, I was traveling to Vancouver about once per quarter, and they'd look a bit skeptical if you said you were just there for the food. One thing you never did was say you were a "consultant" - that really seemed to set them into "in depth question mode"!
