Nice counter analogy. It reminds me of my first and only US to Canada crossing for corporate (Fortune 500) business. My colleges neglected or purposely forgot to tell me a tidbit on answering the question, “What is the purpose for entering the country”. When asked, I answered honestly, for business, I was rewarded a special one plus hour Q&A about the “business” specifics, even though the manufacturing plant I was going to, employed hundreds of Canadians. Answering; for pleasure, vacation, etc. would have gotten the quick wave thru treatment. Seems at the time, Canadians held a negative view of foreign businesses operating in Canada and maybe they still do.

However, I was not “Black Op” into a no communication situation, and I am sure that you were free to inform your business associates of any unexpected length in your train delay. As far as I know, the SEC does not have a “Black Op” division. So, I would think complete silence would/could not be enforced on Generex.
