Cash bond is because Amarex claims we owe them ~$10m for work done. We are saying they did a crappy job and locked us out of our own database, and didn't allow us to audit to see if they were doing a good job, thus we didnt pay. So we likely still owe them money. Arbitration and audit will determine how much.
