Talked to a lawyer friend about the amafraud lawyer stepping down and he said that's never good. Its a federal case so if people think that's a delay tactic by amafraud it DOESN'T MATTER. TOMORROW will happen. If cydy puts up the bond I'm going to assume they will at this point. Amafraud has a legal obligation to hand over the DATA. If they still don't the judge will hit them with sanctions this is a federal case the judges do not mess around.

Previously said that Rachel McGuckian is considered to be among the top 100 lawyers in Maryland. Her Linked page has her among the top "Super lawyers in Maryland and Washington DC". That is a lot of legal talent to be placed so high. At the very least her departure from the Amarex side should weaken their legal team. I do not want a settlement with Amarex. I want NP to feed on their bone marrow while spreading their entrails around the Eastern Shore providing nourishment for vultures and rats.
