its not all that grim for cydy.nader needs to determine the amount to keep the ship afloat. he needs $6.5 million for the amarex court issue,start giving some good faith money to samsung,and by all means pay sidley. maybe $15-$20 million bucks.he should keep whatever is left of the $8.8 million cash on hand for payroll.wish he could move some of that inventory!
