Thanks for pointing that site out again. I did not see that letter when I looked at the ammended annual report recently.

Also, I contacted the registered agent CT Corp not long ago. The company refused to let me speak to the agent. I let them know there were inaccuracies in the ammended report and the agent needed to know they had signed a report that was absolutely incorrect. They told me they counted on the officer of the company to be accurate and didn't check. Funny that Mark would sign something that wasn't accurate such as the address and directors having resigned including Mark himself per an email to me. Said he resigned in August. How could he sign the report if he resigned in August?
